Jean F. Rankin

Jean F. Rankin has most recently served as a director ofInterDigital, Inc. a mobile, video and AI technology, research and developmentcompany from 2010 until the present.   She also served as a director ofResonant Inc until its acquisition in 2022.   She previously served asExecutive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of LSI Corporation, aleading provider of innovative silicon, systems and software technologies forthe global storage and networking markets.   In that role she managed thecompany’s legal, intellectual property licensing and stock administrationorganizations. Prior to that time she worked at Agere Systems and LucentTechnologies with responsibility for,  among other things, mergers andacquisitions, securities laws, and labor and employment law.  She hasextensive experience and expertise in matters involving intellectual propertyand public company corporate governance.  She received a BA from theUniversity of Virginia and a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
