George Holmes

George Holmes brings over 40 years of executive leadership,most recently as Chairman and CEO of Resonant Inc. (Nasdaq: RESN), where he ledthe company from early-stage startup to a $325 million acquisition by Murata in2022. A seasoned public company CEO and entrepreneur, Holmes has built, scaled,and exited multiple companies, generating over $3.5 billion in shareholderreturns. His career spans operational turnarounds, strategic partnerships, andM&A across tech sectors. He currently serves on the boards of Luventix andVetabolics. Holmes holds a BA in Business from the University of Puget Soundand a diploma in International Business from Nijenrode University in theNetherlands.
